Hairs on bathroom register and floor molding, used Kleenex box and toilet paper..should have been unopened packages, WiFi & TV reception was horrendous, porch was dirty with no view due to overgrown bushes, sidewalk to cabin was dangerous, especially for seniors.

This was a little hidden gem! We have been on a 6000 mile trip and this is one of the best! Great breakfast, darling cabin, clean, comfortable beds. I would highly recommend this place!!

Very quaint. Good location. Beds were comfortable.

Carpet in our room was thin and scratchy. I have to do floor stretches daily for back problems and it was uncomfortable. Also, The woman who helped at breakfast is nice but she doesn’t have sightseeing ideas for guests. I asked and she couldn’t think of anything except restaurants and shopping. I think many people are probably like us and appreciate ideas from local people

Me and my girlfriend spend a great time here. We loved how clean the studio was, breakfast, and everything else was just excellent.
The only downside was the shower we had. It was very small and a bit hard to turn around comfortably to shower lol.
We asked the front desk about it and they mentioned there are better showers then what we had.
Although the shower was small, it won’t stop us from coming back again. We loved staying there. Thank you for everything.

We were trying to get out of a nightmare Air BnB situation and a cottage happened to open up and be available to us. we were very stressed and Robin was very Kind and helpful.
And the cottage itself was a sight for sore eyes.

This place is in an amazing location . Seemingly main street industrial area turns into an adorable culdesac of adorable rooms. Just a hop and skip away from downtown Portsmouth and the Kittery Outlets. Room was cozy and spotless and beds were comfy. Will definitely stay again!

Loved the place, it really outdid any expectations we had. it was clean, comfortable and quiet and we enjoyed our stay.
Only annoyance I had was being awoken (twice) by a large white truck parked outside the office which left it’s engine running for some time, hopefully an inconsiderate guest and not staff!

We loved the breakfast. It was as if we were having breakfast at our own house. Everything was fresh and home made, from the brown eggs, the sliced meat and cheese, the homemade breakfast cake, as well as coffee, fresh milk and orange juice. Excellent

We stayed in the 2 bedroom cabin. It was very clean and updated. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast in the office area was very nice and included hot food. It’s not right in the middle of the town, but very convenient and quiet. I would go back and/or recommend to friends.

Loved having our own cottage. No worries about noise from other guests. Linens were excellent. Breakfast was much better than any other place we’ve stayed. Convenient to Portsmouth.
