Nice well kept property. Friendly staff, great location. The only negatives, which would not keep me from returning, are the air conditioner is right over the bed, and it is loud. Also, our room had very little counter space in the bathroom. Just a tiny shelf under the mirror, and the top of the toilet tank. Maybe other rooms are different.

The cabin room was perfect and I especially appreciated the mat in the shower! We did not expect the great breakfast that was provided. Coffee cake, eggs, ham, choice of cheese, french toast, fruit, bagels were some of the items offered.
Great place to stay.

The breakfast buffet was an unexpected delight!! It was wonderful! the blue berry breakfast cake fabulous, as were the scrambled eggs and potatoes!

The only thing this survey does not address is the loud air conditioner mounted right over the bed. Not really much they can do about that, but without it, the room is stuffy. I would stay there again, but would see if they have a room with a different setup.

Amazing stay at the Kittery Inn & Suites. Everyone on the staff was kind and hospitable. The room was very cute and perfect for my stay. Great location as well - very easy to get to Kittery & Portsmouth. Overall amazing experience.

This was a great find and ideal to use as a base for exploring So. Maine, Portsmouth, New Hampshire, No.Mass.
The breakfasts were an excellent surprise. Fresh scrambled eggs along with different baked goods gets you off to a good start. And then you are close to the outlet stores if you get tired of sightseeing

Updated motel with nice tv’s, functional though tiny shower and bathroom. Large sitting area with a couch and a dining table with 2 chairs, and a kitchenette, but bedroom tiny. The queen bed was against one wall, and had a valley in the middle (uncomfortable). Seemed to be clean. Our unit was close to the road, noisy with traffic.

Very large rooms, very clean Property. Very reasonably priced, excellent for a family, great choice in room sizes and layouts, our room had a small kitchenette, would be perfect for those staying for more than a couple of days, wanting to eat in. Excellent breakfast provided on the property, great choices.

Absolutely excellent value for the price, very friendly people, exceptionally clean, large rooms, nice little kitchens, would recommend Kittery Inn and Suites very highly, particularly for people traveling with a family, or portals wishing to cook in their rooms in a little suite. Very, very nice.

Nice place but had a neighbor in the room upstairs walking and watching TV til 3 am. Yes you can hear that
