Yes. We have an outdoor saltwater pool that is open seasonally, typically from early June through mid September. It is typically heated to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. It is open to all guests. Management does reserve the right to ask unruly guests to leave the pool area. There is no lifeguard on duty, so you swim at your own risk. There is no diving board.

The hotel is convenient to numerous attractions within the Seacoast and Southern Maine. Downtown Portsmouth, NH is a quaint, walkable and historic New England town that is packed with great shops, bars, parks, performance halls and restaurants. Kittery Foreside is a small, but lively district with great bars and restaurants. The Kittery Premium Outlets offer great shopping. If you like the outdoors, there are great beaches, parks, historic forts and nature walks close by. Several vendors offer boat tours, fishing charters, kayaking and paddle boarding. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is a strong driver of the local economy and is located just a short distance from the hotel (1.5 miles). We offer a complimentary breakfast from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM. We serve fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, bagels, muffins, waffles, coffee cake, cereal, etc., and of course, premium coffee. We serve coffee throughout the day. We also have a vending machine with snacks and drinks in case you need something in a pinch!

here are almost too many to name! Cure in Portsmouth is one of our favorites. Black Birch in Kittery Foreside is excellent. When Pigs Fly makes a great wood-fired pizza. Loco Coco’s is great for a burrito or tacos. Rudder’s is a great little pub to relax with a beer and meet the locals. Tulsi has great Indian food if you’re looking for something exotic. Carl’s Meat Market makes a mean sub. Sue’s Seafood is a fresh seafood market right around the corner that is known for their lobster rolls. Robert’s, Bob’s Clam Hut and Jumpin Jays all have great seafood but serve it very differently with their own twist.

The area is filled with history! The first English settlement dates back to 1623 and the town of Kittery was incorporated in 1647, making it the first incorporated town in the state of Maine. There are several colonial era forts to tour. The area later thrived as a fishing, trading and shipbuilding hub.
