ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
Air conditioner was a bit noisy, otherwise a totally delightful stay.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
Maybe repaint the parking lane stripes. I was in Unit 2 and the lane was a bit hard to pick up cresting the hill.

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
Very nice place and even with full capacity every night it was very quiet
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
We were told our room was double queen beds but they were double full beds but we made it work.
Property is a cute update of a 1950s motel. But if you’re looking for a good night’s sleep, not the place to go. Bed was horrible, saying in the center.
ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
If I’m being really picky (as a former house cleaner myself), I noticed that in a couple of corners of the room there were dust bunnies accumulating and there was a ring left in the refrigerator from a previous guest’s beverage. Other than that, the room was perfect for our stay and the bathroom was spotless.
ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
The room was very small and the air conditioner was loud.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
New air conditioners
ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
Manager and her staff had been great! Would stay there again anytime.
NEGATIVE:
If I had booked directly with the hotel I would have saved some money. Lesson learned.
Could have been better is about right - I was definitely disappointed in this one. The inn is a pretty tired looking spot from the road, and it’s clear that some attention to detail is lacking at this point. Staff at the front desk was wearing a mask, which was a plus, though nothing was said about maid service - something that has explicitly been removed everywhere for the last 18 months. I checked in and had to change quickly and get to a wedding reception… and by the time I got back, their front office was closed for the night. No time to deal with changing a room, unfortunately, because my room reeked of cigarette smoke. Day two I was trying to get some work done and they started banging on my hotel room door. I said loudly that I did not need anything - really did not expect that they would be coming around and into rooms in a pandemic. They did not mention housekeeping or anything else, just banged several times and then tried to unlock the door. I had the privacy door lock on, so they couldn’t get into the room. I again said I did not need anything and they left. They came back again 10 minutes later and tried again… ridiculous. The room, despite the smell, seemed reasonably clean - until I walked into the bathroom and saw the half-used toiletry bottles with fingerprints all over them. If your staff can’t even replace tiny sample shampoo/conditioner/etc bottles between guests, I don’t have much faith in the rest of the hotel room being clean. When I left for a run later, I added my DND tag to the door - and got a glare from the housekeeping staff, who was still nearby. Unclear why I would ever want anyone coming into my room in current times… or why they were so insistent on getting in. Price, despite all of this, was very high - although it was one of the lower priced places in the area… everything around here was expensive. Definitely would not stay here again.

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
No it was good.
ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
We had to move rooms due to a light fixture that wasn’t working. The basement suite had issues with bugs. Housekeeping took care of fresh towels but didn’t restock the instant coffee.
ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
The facilities were very clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly and cordial. We will definitely visit again.
ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
Room was outdated, wall A/c was so loud, kept me awake 1/2 the night. Not your fault, but whoever had the room above sounded like he had lead feet. Everytime he walked sounded like he was going to come through my ceiling. This was until at least 12:30 at night. Not your fault I know.. I would not stay there again. And at the price you charged, really? And government rate also. Just didn’t meet my expectations..
ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
unit smelled like pot on arrival. there were visible hairs on the bed sheets. there was charred food near the stove burner. the garbage bin near the units stairs was full and remained full our first night. the door was dirty where it is pushed closed above the lock area (we cleaned it). bathroom floor was dirty. Very cute unit and shower worked great. Very friendly staff. Great location also. Just wished it was cleaner.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
Cleaned more throughly. More towels in the bathroom. A floor mat that stays put on the floor by the front door when u step on it/open the door.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
It was wonderful. Receptionist was most helpful.
