The booking was initially for a queen bedroom with a balcony but we were placed in room 7 which is in the basement with a full sized bed. Upon entry the floor was muddy and we were killing bugs all weekend. Found a house centipede, spiders, and ants in the bathroom with fruit flies in the kitchen. We brought this to the attention of the staff who’s only comment was that the pest company had recently been there. Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, wouldn’t recommend.
