On check-in service rather crasp and demeaning. Room, although newer, was NOT up to par for the rate we were charged. Crude remodel, small shower, broken blinds, cheap hooks for towels, gap under door , bad calk jobs over peeling paint. The soap was nice
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
Rework your online e signature. Tough to use. Other guests had similar problems. Recommend that owner/ check-in lady not lecture patrons . Paperless is a great idea but not always practical. She had a printer sitting right on the counter but said it would take too long . Hogwash…kind of set the whole time for our $500 two night stay there. NOT happy
