ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
Disappointed that you kept $150 deposit on a room I reserved for my brother who was unable to make the trip. Especially when we were informed at the desk the room was rented for both nights. Your receptionist was informed two days in advance. This is a totally unacceptable cancellation policy. Double dipping!
