ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

It is clear that we inconvenienced the mother/daughter employee combination with our simple request. Felt it necessary to complain about understaffed and publicly speak about other rooms and the issues with them. Doesn’t appear to value long term guests (been coming for last 5 years).

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

Replace Robin and Dorothy with people who care about the guests and don’t have such a negative demeanor
