ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
Upon checkin, when I tried to ask the desk clerk a question (after she'd ignored us while reprimanding one of the staff members), she told me, "You're on MY TIME NOW, so you'll have to hold your questions until I deal with the checkin process." (her exact words) WHOA!!! Whoever was responsible for training her needs to be fired (along with this desk clerk!). That's NO WAY to treat a guest! (and I also put this in my Trip Advisor review)

Train your staff to treat the customer like a guest who will WANT to return
