Given a room that someone else was already in when we tried to enter. Note: Went back to office. Mistake was immediately corrected by giving us another room and apologies made.
This was our 4th stay at the Kittery Inn and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Can't think of any. Management and staff extremely friendly and helpful and the facility is clean and comfortable.
