From the website photos I expected more. We had a queen bed as requested but one side was against a wall. We both use c-pap machines and had to improvise so we could both sleep comfortably. Most troubling were the muplitple spots of black mold on the ceiling. We only booked for one night. If it had been for more than one we would have asked for a different room. The staff should get 5 stars! They were so friendly and effecient. We didn’t eat breakfast but it looked like a nice variety of options. When I see photos on other reviews it leads me to believe the rooms vary quite a bit. Not sure how you can deal with that when booking.

A lot cheaper than the Portsmouth, NH hotels, which was great, but my room was extremely stuffy, and had a strong perfume-type smell that was not pleasant. I slept w the windows open all night.

POSITIVE:
Breakfast was incredible! Scrambled eggs, hash browns, the greatest coffee cake ever! The staff was so nice, and our room was cozy and clean.
NEGATIVE:
In order to have a queen size bed instead of two double beds you get a much smaller room.

What a great find this place was! I needed a comfortable spot for a quick overnight in Kittery and stumbled over this gem. Beautiful little cabin, nicely appointed, spectacularly clean, super nice staff, and reasonably priced. What more could you ask for?

POSITIVE:
Our first time visiting Kittery, ME. We loved the studio suite w/the kitchenette. The King size bed was very comfortable and the staff were wonderful ??, polite and very helpful. Breakfast every morning starting at 6:30 a.m. was very delightful.

Not the most comfortable bed or pillows. Vinyl floor tracked in a lot of dirt. The pictures of the rooms on booking looked a lot nicer than the one we stayed in.

The staff make this property worth a visit. Very clean and the staff go out of their way to make sure all requests are met. Good place to pull in for the night on way through Maine to Massachusetts.
